Click Audit on the Main menu to open the Audit form. Use the Find box to find by AuditID, Examiner,
ClaimNo, Client Name, Claim First Name, Survey or Office. Double click the Find box to clear it and
show all the records. This form is where you log answers to specific questions
that you created on the Admin page. Questions are divided into up to five sections. In addition to
answering each question Yes, No or NA, you can enter a text comment to expand on each answer.
