Filter the recordset using the Date Range, Find and Find2 fields and the Debit and Credit checkboxes. Click ID, Date, Amount, To, Memo, Account, Cash Account, Check, InvoiceID, DepositID, BC / Bank Code or Sel to sort on that column. Click the column again to sort descending. Amounts for Loan TO Shareholder and Repay Loan FROM Shareholder are normally negative. All other amounts are normally positive. Cash Account is normally a checking account if one was changed by the transaction.

Click Single Form GL to see the GL record on a single record form. Click Copy to copy the transaction.

Click the Check button to open the Check form.

Click the Copy button to copy the current GL record to another record and move to that new record.

Click the Account button to open the Account form.
