Click Report on the Main menu to open Report form. Select a report in the combo box and enter any
parameters you desire.
Click View to view the report on the screen. You can File, Print to send the report to any printer on
your network. If you install Primo PDF (free from FileHippo.com)
or Adobe Acrobat, you can save the report as a PDF.
Click Print to send the report to your default printer. Click Export to save the query beneath the report
to CSV, dBase DBF, Access database MDB or Excel XLS. You can save the
report as HTM, Word or WordPad RTF, Microsoft Access Snapshot Viewer SNP or TXT.
Contact report for a single contact per page. Select records on the Contact form.
Contacts report for a contact per line. Select records on the Contact form. Select Sort order by Status,
Contact, RSVP, State or Status/State.
Event Contacts report shows contacts for an event. Select the Events and Sort order by Status, Contact, RSVP,
State or Status/State.
Income report shows donations within a date range. You may also specify a GLMemo and Sort order by TDate or Contact.
Use the Labels report to print mailing labels. You may specify sort order by Status, Contact, RSVP, State or Status/State.
Check HideIA to hide records where IA is checked on the Contact form. IA stands for temporarily incorrect address.
By selecting a few blank records, you can skip that number of labels and get a second print out of a
sheet of 30 labels.
The Members report shows one record per line. You can specify sort order by Status, Contact, RSVP, State or Status/State.
The Nametag report prints on letter size 10 up (2 col x 5 rows) stock. Select the event and sort
order by Status, Contact, RSVP, State or Status/State.
The Prospects report shows one record per line. Select Sort order by Status, Contact, RSVP, State or Status/State.
