Non-Profit Access Social Services and Clinic Application
This version of the Social Service application supports a medical clinic with volunteers and food pantry with delivery routes. It also has food, rent and clothing coupons and
support for a transitional housing program. Authorized users can create private log entries for households in clinic, transitional housing, client services and senior programs
that can be viewed only by authorized users. The Clinic application is virtually separated from client services to protect patient privacy.
Standard social service features include appointment, schedule by case worker, walk-in intake, family, income, services received, followup, scanned documents, counselling log,
referral to external agencies and data integrity form. Reports include demographics, service received and donor reports.
Clinic users see forms and reports authorized only for clinic users. Super users can toggle between client services and clinic by clicking Alt-C at the main menu. Find in Family
finds patients by LastName, FirstName, date of birth (DOB) or FamilyID.
Underlined letters are hotkeys, so Alt-H opens the Household form and Alt-Q quits the database. Click the version number to see the location of data tables and the database that
contains forms, reports, queries and other troubleshooting info.
