Click Project or press Alt-P from the Main menu to open the Project form. Use the Find box (Alt-F) in the colored area of the form to filter the recordset. The status bar text above the Start button shows: Find in: | CANo | Project | Location | Comment | CMBackup | CommentMemo | Tenant | Prime | Board |. Use the Project combo or PgDn/PgUp to scroll through the records.

Enter details about the project using the status bar text above the Start button on your screen as you tab through the fields.

On dates, use the calendar tool, enter month/day or m/d/yyyy for years other than the current year. Press the Numeric + or - key to add or suubtract a day. Double click the field to enter today's date or to clear the field.

Click Issue on the Project form to open the Issue form. Check Sel to associate the issues with the project. Click GenIssue on the Setup form to add, delete or edit the issues that appear on the Issue form.

Click Insp on the Project form to open the Inspection form. Enter the dates and select an inspector.

Click Question on the Inspection form to see the questions associated with issues on this inspection. Add, change or delete the questions by clicking Question on the Setup, GenIssue form. Enter an answer and check Compl for each question.

Click Followup on the Question form to enter followup actions required, set a followup inspection date and later note that followup shows the issue was resolved. Enter details in the Comment field.
