The Registration form has tabs for the registrant’s activities, guests, hotel, airline, payment, and incentive package. The system automatically prints a registration letter or change letter when any information on the r egistration form changes. Important field changes are logged by user and time updated. Other forms include a maintenance form to update employee and bottler tables and a form to select the default event used on all forms. A report form lets the user select and enter parameters for sixty reports.
